Production
Materials
We process materials such as steel, galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel, alloyed steels, aluminum and non-ferrous metals such as copper. We can roll, press, cut, edge, round, fold, flare, emboss, bead, weld, drill and deburr these materials. We have a proven machine park for this.
Vertical integration
The core of our production is formed by several wide and strip presses, a flatbed laser, the punch and laser center, press brakes, welding systems, a powder coating system and the tool shop. In the periphery we have systems for straightening, cutting, folding, rounding and welding. With this machine park, we can produce, CNC-controlled ,components of the highest quality in a rational manner. We also process one-offs, small batches or prototypes just as flexibly.
Finishing
We upgrade a large part of our products with various processes. We use it to protect the material from moisture, heat, special industrial requirements or impact and abrasion. We almost always find an effective solution, no matter what stress our parts are exposed to in the course of their life. But we also effectively stage design-oriented effects such as three-dimensionality or reflection by choosing the right process. We finish surfaces with powder coatings, galvanizing, electropolishing, etching, anodizing, KTL coating, glass bead blasting and printing. We would be happy to advise you on the selection of the right method.
