Perforated plates

They separate and protect effectively, open up design spaces and can be used in a variety of ways: As heat shields on exhaust systems, as privacy screens in sales rooms, as sorting and regulating elements in parking garages, as modern and elegant replacements of concrete walls or fences. Optics and purpose of perforated sheets require a high level of design and manufacturing precision. Standards must be known and met carefully and economically. Radii have to be right, from ´single production to large series. Defined distances between perforation and fold or flare must be maintained continuously. We are your right partner.

With more than 4,000 punching tools, our company offers a cheap solution for almost every perforation and embossing. New hole shapes and hole arrangements are developed and implemented in close cooperation with the customer. The specialist knowledge of our own tool shop is an invaluable advantage.

We have been working with metal sheets since 1851. Today, according to DIN 24 041, the perforated sheets are officially called “perforated plates” – these are plates (plates, sheets, etc.) with similar openings (holes) in regular arrangements, which are produced by punching, drilling, milling or using other processes. Regardless of the standard, we also produce perforated plates with variable perforations and / or free patterns. Accordingly, the punched, regular perforation is a distinctive feature of perforated sheets. But of course we also emboss plates.
